You will be met just outside the Customs/Arrivals Hall to start your drive northwest via Loch Lomond, stop for lunch in Inveraray, then on to Oban for two nights.

9.19 Ferry to Mull, with a full day tour of Mull & Iona
9.20 begin your journey north via Glen Coe, notorious for the massacre of The McDonalds by the Campbells in 1692, the scenery is fabulous. 9.21 Full day tour to The Isle of Skye, lunch in The Armadale Castle
9.22 Start the journey northeast to Inverness, The Capitol of The Highlands. You will be following the banks of Loch Ness, with a stop for lunch in Fort Augustus, a visit to Urquhart Castle, and a short cruise on Loch Ness. 2 nights Glen Mohr Hotel, http://www.theinvernesshotel.co.uk
9.23 Start the day w/a visit to Culloden Battlefield where Bonnie Prince Charlie In 1746 lost his battle w/The English which led to the destruction of theclan system in the Highlands. After The Battle he fled to France . We then will visit Dunrobin Castle which has been the home to the Earls and Dukes of Sutherland since the 13th Century. Hopefully the Resident birds, Golden Eagles, and Peregrine falcon, will be visible. Afternoon free in Inverness.
9.24 depart Inverness and head south for Dunkeld, with a stop in Pitlochry where the Highlands meet the Lowlands of Scotland. We will stop for lunch here and you will have time to walk around this Victorian town. Atholl Arms Hotel, http://www.athollarmshotel.com
9.25 depart hotel for your drive east to St Andrews, one of my Favorite places! You will have the afternoon free to walk Around The University, shop, or watch some golf. You will say good bye to your driver and Alison your guide, your last three nights will be in Edinburgh, The Royal Scots Club, http://www.royalscotsclub.com I will have a two day hop-on-hop-off bus pass for you to explore this great city on your own.
